Noise Zone

The Noise Zone idea occurred when thinking about the space in which noise is created.  I thought it would be interesting to make a designated space for people to officially be noisy in.  These spaces could be placed around various parts of the city. 

I also thought it would also be interesting to make quiet zones for people to relax and reflect.  I thought this would be particularly good as our daily lives are filled with all kinds of noise.  If people had a place to be quiet would this mean that they would become less noisy?
