Party Pack

The party pack was thought of after attending a party where a neighbour had called the noise police.  The party pack would be a pack that would be handed to all your neighbours if you were planning to have a party.  The pack would contain items such as earplugs, a sorry note and the number for the local police.  Hopefully by considering the affect that you will have on your neighbours they will appreciate this gesture and be less likely to phone the police.
